Is the image on your site an accurate representation of what I will be sent?

We use Spyder color correction to make sure that the colors in the printed art are what the artist’s chose when making the work. Due to technology differences, it is impossible to guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?

We attempt to make sure that the dimensions listed are as accurate as possible. However, due to printing industry standards, sizes can vary slightly up to 11/2”.

Why are your sizes so different than most galleries.

Often times a picture has to be squished, stretched, or cut in order to fit in a standard printed size like 8”x10” or 11”X14.   We try very hard not to crop pictures so that you receive a work of art the way the artist intended, not the printer.

How long does it take to get my art?

Once an order is placed, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. We will send a tracking number by email once the package is ready for shipment. Each order is specially printed, personally signed by the artist, and then shipped to you. If we are shipping to an APO, FPO or DPO address, you can expect delays on the shipping of your order. We do everything we can, but the process of shipping to these addresses is done on our carriers' terms.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For exact details please read our return policy.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is in Dallas, TX.   Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar physical location for you visit. We are only on-line and in select galleries and businesses across the country.
